💳 Do you offer Pay on Delivery?
Yes. A small confirmation deposit secures your order, and the remaining balance is paid to the delivery agent when your item arrives. The deposit depends on your delivery state:
The deposit (₦0 or ₦3,000 depending on your state — see the question above) is a confirmation fee that secures your order and is deducted from your total payment, so you only pay the remaining balance on delivery.
🚚 How long is delivery?
Payment in Full: 1–3 days nationwide depending on location. We send through fast, reliable logistics directly to you — no waiting for COD verification.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Usually sent via Jumia Logistics, Konga Logistics, or trusted bus park dispatch, 2–10 days depending on location. Delivery may take up to 7–10 days to Borno, Yobe, and Adamawa.
📦 How do I track my order?
Visit our Track Order page and enter your Order ID and the phone number used at checkout. You’ll see your current status, items, and delivery address right away.
🔄 What if my order doesn’t arrive?
We offer a 100% refund of your deposit if your order is not delivered.
🛡️ Is my payment secure?
Yes. All deposits are processed via our secure payment partners, and we do not store your card details.
🔧 What’s covered under warranty?
