Warranty Terms and Conditions on Solar Cameras, Fan, and Lights

A Year Warranty Coverage

This 12-month warranty (“Warranty”) applies to the SOLAR CCTV CAMERAS, FAN, AND LIGHT SYSTEM (the “Product”) purchased by the original consumer purchaser (“You”) on Dvstore or from an authorized reseller nationwide. The Warranty guarantees the Product against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
 

Warranty Period

The Warranty Period begins on the date of purchase (“Purchase Date”) evidenced by a valid receipt from Dvstore or an authorized reseller and covers 365 calendar days from the date of purchase.
 

Warranty Coverage

The Warranty covers the repair or replacement of the Product, at our discretion, if it is found to be defective within the Warranty Period. Covered defects include malfunctions and failures due to manufacturing materials or workmanship.
 

Warranty Exclusions

The Warranty does not cover: Defects caused by normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or discoloration. Defects caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper storage, alterations, unauthorized repairs, or use with incompatible devices. Defects caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, liquids, dust, or other harsh environments. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers. Products without a valid proof of purchase (receipt). Any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use of the Product.
 

Replacement and Repair

If your Product is found to be defective under the Warranty:
  1. We have an experienced tech team for software-related problems. We can test and check your CCTV camera remotely and fix the issue through a software upgrade.
  2. If the defect is due to a material or part problem, we will replace or repair the product under this Warranty at our discretion using new parts or replace the Product with a new or refurbished unit of equivalent value.
  3. Replacement products will follow the remaining warranty of the original product or three months from the replacement date, whichever is longer.
  4. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the defective Product to us.
 

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. You will be required to provide a copy of your valid receipt and a description of the defect via the email address on our website.
  2. We may request that you return the Product to us for inspection before processing your claim.
 

Important Notice

  1. The Warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for a defective Product and supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  2. Our liability under this Warranty is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the Product. We shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use of the Product.
  3. This Warranty is void if the Product has been opened, tampered with, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
 

Governing Law

This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
 

Changes to Warranty Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Warranty Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
